This document deals with how we collect, update, manage and protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of our subscribers. Any changes to this policy will be immediately flagged at our website to alert our subscribers, and this document will always display the last date of update.

1. Nature of PII collected and its use.

   At Registration:

   At registration, we collect your phone number and email ID. The phone number is obtained when you send us the first message. We use the phone number for the following purposes only:

   1. The basic AllTrack service is a two-way interaction through SMS on your phone. You send us information to track through SMS and we acknowledge each of your messages with the appropriate and useful response.
   2. We will occasionally send messages to your number with new features of the service that will enhance your experience.
   3. Along with responses to your messages, we may send promotional and other offers from our partners. You will have clear mechanisms to opt out of receiving this additional material at any time.

   The email id is explicitly sent to us by you as part of the registration. We use your email address for the following purposes:

   1. The periodic report of your tracks is sent by email to your email address.
   2. The responses to support queries you raise from your phone will also be replied to your email address.
   3. We may send promotional offers form our partners and ourselves to this email address with an attached instruction to opt out of receiving such mails.

   During use of AllTrack:

   The nature of AllTrack service is that you send us information that is of relevance and value. We organise and report back to you. Thus the nature and content of this information is uniquely determined by how you use the service. We simply provide a safe repository and efficiently organise your information.

   We may use the above information in the following ways:

   1. Based on your tracking activities we may send you information and promotions that are relevant to you.
   2. Anonymous aggregate data from all our subscribers may be used and shared with our partners to provide value added services to our subscribers.

   During payment:

   We do not have access to your payment information. At the time of payment of your subscription we ask you to input your payment information directly to our payment gateway provider EBS. The payment data does not go through our servers. You are encouraged to study the Privacy and Security policies of our payment gateway Provider EBS at www.ebs.in/privacy-statement.php.

   We collect your billing address information to be able to resolve any difficulties in the payment process. This information is not shared with anyone other than our payment gateway provider.

2. Changes to the Policy and its Notification

   We may modify the Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion and the posting of the modified policy at this site brings the new Policy into effect. However, we will always have the date of last modification of the policy prominently displayed. You will be notified by email if there are significant changes to the Privacy policy. However, it is your responsibility to read this Policy document from time to time to ensure that you understand the policy.

3. Changes to your Registration Information

   Your phone number and your email id constitute your Registration Information. The phone number is the basis of your subscription and it cannot be changed. You may change the associated email at any time by using the facility provided as part of the Service.

4. Use of Personally Identifiable Information We do not sell or rent or give out your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. We may directly use the PII only to improve the service for you. We may also use aggregated anonymous data (AAD) of all subscribers for the purpose of improving the service for everyone. We may also share such AAD with third parties to channel benefits including promotions and offers from such third parties to you. We take your data very seriously and take all possible efforts to secure them. Please refer to the Security Policy document for details on how we secure your data from theft, misuse, and loss.
