1. Get the barest minimum personal information from our subscribers so that we reduce the negative impact of the data falling into the wrong hands: Your phone number and email id are the only Personally Identifiable Information that we collect from you at the time of registration. We do not require you to give us your name, date of birth, address, or any other personal information for registration. This data is only used to communicate with you to provide the service and to support you.
2. We minimise the number of personnel who have direct access to this personal data: Our software developers do not have access to subscriber data. Only support personnel who need to respond to your queries have the access to your email id and phone number. Among the senior management, only the Manager of security and privacy has access to the data.
3. We screen the personnel who have access to data and ensure that they are bound by contract to implement our security and privacy policies. Failure to follow the policies will result in termination of employment as well as pursuit of criminal and breach of contract proceedings in accordance with the law.
4. We limit the data that is accessible to personnel on a strict need basis. The support personnel do not have access to the data sent by subscribers in their normal use. Software developers do not have access to the subscribers data.
5. We log all accesses to and the use of registration information: All support communications are logged along with the identity of the support personnel who was involved in the communication.
6. We take care of the storage of your data with high reliability and security. All primary data is stored with our internationally reputed cloud computing service provider. We take periodic backups of the data that are stored in physically secured areas with strict physical access controls.

We direct you to our payment gateway provider (ebs.in) for all online payments and hence we do not collect or store or even have your data passing through our servers. Hence it is your responsibility to study the security and privacy policies of ebs.in and make payments only when you are satisfied. Hence we are not responsible for the security of your payment information. For processing the payment we are required to collect your name and billing address. This information is only used to resolve any difficulties in the payment process.

Your phone number, and your email id constitute your Registration Information. We respond to messages from registered phones without further verification of the authenticity of the user on the assumption that your mobile phone will be secured by you. It is your responsibility to keep your mobile phone secure and to ensure that others do not have access to it. Securing your email id and password is your responsibility and you should intimate any breach of the above security by sending us an email at security@alltrack.in.
